our story
Revealing Truth Outreach Ministry, Inc. (RTOM) was birthed from a deep desire to see people transformed by the truth of God's Word and restored to their original purpose. What began as a vision in the heart of Minister Lenora Cooke has grown into a faith-driven ministry committed to healing hearts, developing leaders, and building generational impact.

The inspiration behind Revealing Truth came during a season when Minister Cooke was grieved by the cycles of brokenness she witnessed in families, churches, and communities—especially among youth and those searching for identity. Through prayer and obedience, God revealed that true transformation begins when people encounter His truth, not tradition. That revelation became the foundation of the ministry’s name and mission: to reveal God’s truth, so people can walk in freedom, purpose, and power.

Established in Greensboro, NC, Revealing Truth Outreach Ministry is more than just a ministry—it’s a movement of restoration. Every program, outreach, and act of service is rooted in a belief that when people know the truth of who God is and who He created them to be, their entire lives begin to shift. From mentoring youth to supporting caregivers and equipping future leaders, RTOM is on a mission to make faith real, healing tangible, and purpose reachable.

our founder
Minister Lenora Cooke is a devoted servant leader, proud native of Greensboro, NC, and the visionary behind Revealing Truth Outreach Ministry, Inc. With nearly 30 years of ministry experience, her life has been centered on expanding the Kingdom of God through soul-winning, discipleship, and compassionate outreach.

She is a wife, mother of four (one who is now with the Lord), and grandmother of ten. Her love for family runs deep and serves as the anchor to her life and ministry. Known for her genuine care and unwavering commitment to people, Minister Cooke believes every person has a God-given purpose, and she lives to help others discover and walk boldly in it.

Minister Cooke has a deep passion for youth and young adults, creating spaces where they feel seen, empowered, and equipped to live out their full potential in Christ. Whether she’s mentoring, teaching, or simply offering encouragement, her presence is filled with wisdom, warmth, and faith.

She has faithfully served in various leadership and support roles throughout her life—including as Executive Director Assistant for The Christian Counseling and Wellness Group, Program Director for Joseph’s House, Inc., and caregiver to her own parents. She currently serves as Assistant Pastor, Youth Director, Director of Outreach, and Board Member at Full Gospel Christian Center, Inc.

In her quiet moments, she enjoys working with her hands, praying, diving into Scripture, and connecting with others. Through RTOM, Minister Cooke continues to pour her heart into ministry—building up people, restoring lives, and revealing God’s truth to all who are ready to receive it.
